A lot is happening on the ground at Solaris Private Estate. From Solaris’ first residents starting to settle on their blocks, first slabs being poured and the second stage nearing completion, this update provides a few details on how your community is taking shape!

Jutland Release
Solaris’ first stage, Jutland has reached practical completion and is open to the public. Titles have issued for this stage and construction has begun on Solaris’ first homes.  Turf and planting work along Jutland Entrance will be completed by the end of November and the feature walls on blocks facing the future sports oval are getting their final touches.

Drafthorse Release
The Drafthose release is selling fast, with only the final blocks remaining. Construction is on track for completion by Friday 20th of November 2020. Cedar Woods have organised individual geotechnical reports and bushfire certificates for all blocks within the Drafthorse Release and can these can be found on the Building Info page of the website and provided to your builder.

Drafthorse Title Update
Documents relating to the issuing of new titles within the Drafthorse Release have been prepared and sent to Landgate for final endorsement.

Titles are expected to issue by Tuesday 17th of November 2020. We will be updating each Drafthorse purchaser as the documents make their way through the approval process.

If you have purchased a block within Drafthorse, please ensure you pass this email on to your builder and settlement agent so that you can finalise your plans and finances. And don’t forget to send it to your finance broker too!

We understand that property valuers and building surveyors may need access to your block prior. This can be arranged by contacting Preston O’Keefe from Monday 2nd of November. As the stage is still a construction zone, it is important both valuers and builders contact Preston prior as the safety of all persons entering our estate is the highest priority for Cedar Woods. 

Solaris Entry Statement
Solaris’ Entry Statement was successfully installed last week on the corner of Anstey Road & Jutland Entrance. Turf and planting work on the entry corner are due to be completed by the end of November and will complete the main entrance to Solaris Private Estate.
