We’re excited to announce that Solaris Private Estate will be open to the public for the first time this Saturday, 25th July along with the opening of our Sales Office and new release of parkside blocks! Keep reading to find out what’s been happening at Solaris!

Jutland Release – 97% SOLD OUT

Solaris’ first stage, Jutland is now complete and will be open to the public as of this Saturday, 25th July. Western Power have energised the stage and landscaping works are currently underway and will be completed in the coming months.

Only THREE blocks remain in Jutland and titles are due to issue in August.

Drafthorse Construction – 50% SOLD OUT

Construction has commence on Solaris’ second stage, Drafthorse. We are targeting a November 2020 completion date for this stage which includes exclusive parkside blocks facing the future stage 2 park and landscaped open spaces.

Solaris Sales Office

The team has been working hastily to prepare the Solaris Sales Office for opening this Saturday, 25th July. Final landscaping and signage works are being completed inbetween now and Saturday so we can welcome our first vistors this Saturday!

The Solaris Sales Office will be open Monday, Wednesday, Saturday & Sundays 1-5pm, and we’re located on the corner of Anstey Road and Jutland Entrance, Forrestdale.

Drafthorse Parkside Blocks releasing this Saturday

Due to popular demand, the Parkside Relase within Solaris’ Drafthorse Release will be available as of this Saturday, 25th July. The Parkside release consists of 16 ‘A class’ blocks that range between 375m2 – 500m2 and prices start from just $258,000*. Located directly opposite the Stage 2 park due to open in 2021, these blocks wont last long!
