Welcome to the second instalment of Solaris’ construction updates. 

It has been a busy couple of months at Solaris, our first release of blocks are almost sold out and we are preparing for release two in the coming week.

Jutland Construction

The progress within Solaris’ first stage, Jutland is evident this month with kerbs installed and roadworks and foothpaths being completed. Weather dependent, completion of the stage is on track for open to the public in late June 2020.

Following practical completion, landscaping works will commence within our Sales Office precinct which will include streetscapes and drainage park works along Jutland Entrance.

Solaris Sales Office Update

In the past month we have received the revelent approvals needed to install the Solaris Sales Office. Over the next few weeks the Sales Office is planned to arrive onsite with fit out and landscaping to begin shortly afterwards. At this time, the office is planned to be open to the public in July 2020. We will keep you updated on the progress of this space!

Accessing your block

There’s plenty of action happening on the ground at Solaris. If access to your block is required and to ensure this happens safely, please contact Preston O’Keefe via [email protected] to coordinate access through the civil contractor.

Title update

Documents relating to the issuing of new titles have been accepted by Landgate. Due to COVID-19, there are some delays currently being experienced with finalising the final approvals with City of Armadale. Titles are now expected to issue in June 2020. 

If you have purchased a block, please ensure you pass this email on to your builder and settlement agent so that you can finalise your plan and finances. And don’t forget to send it to your finance broker too!
